Hey all, I have tickets to the gig tomorrow night in SOHO, have never seen them before. I will be coming along alone so if you see a lonely lad in the corner
it's me !!! On the plus side, if anyone get's back to me tonight I will have a spare ticket, as my buddy has let me down. Dave

I've been to 2 out of the 3 shows I've seen by myself, it's all like one big happy family so you won't feel alone for long! Will be going to
this one by myself too so will be the lonely lad in the other corner...or down the front singing along and being happy

I do have one spare, rather than no-one use it f you know a fan who would like to come along then please do invite them. I have an e-ticket so they will need
to meet me outside and piggy back on my ticket. What sort of time are people looking at going along?

Awesome awesome show
have got a few videos but they're not particularly good quality, might upload them and see how they look on a bigger screen!
Brilliant to hear a load of new songs live, Drop Your Guard I love so much, another one which really stood out was Feel Inside, really works well with John's vocal bit in the chorus part! Think my favourite of the night was Girls in the middle of the crowd with the extra musicians though, mind blowing stuff. Only slight complaint, the pretty significant number of people stood at the back talking the entire time. Why pay to see them and talk all the way through? Doesn't take anything away from the amazing performace though, roll on April! |

My first Nizlopi gig, what can I say, I'm hooked. I was standing on the steps leading up to the bar and agree, why stand around chatting through a sold out
gig? Didn't make it any less special for me (being alone but feeling very welcome).

Fantastic, incredibly uplifting gig, apart from afore-mentioned talky folk - hope they fall on a spike. In the break between Lucy and the Caterpillar & Nizlopi, I nipped off to the gents, coming back to find a cellist blocking the stairs (he kindly made way for me) and a bare-foot guitar-wielding band member in my booth seat, being shooed away by my missus! "That's inconvenient" I said. Sorry, lads! You were both awesome, as were your guests. You have a pair of life-long fans. See you in April. |
